Are you willing to pay the price of your integrity?

In a wicked world of shaken values that we live today, trustworthy people are not readily found, maybe we could even say it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack!
In this world where everything is permissible, with a great deal of competitiveness and greed, personal conquests are more important than to show firmness and integrity on a daily basis.
Many people think that it is necessary to tell lies or to cheat to “win” something in exchange, or accomplish their goals, what is the problem? The important thing is the final result and to get what they want.
Some people may even receive merit or benefits from men, but with God their credit is completely dirty and stained.
Unfortunately, in the work of God, this happens too. How many servants, who are willing to lie, deceive, increase, hide, and even to butter up in order to receive acknowledgement, promotion, title, bigger responsibilities, etc.
People who get easily persuaded to keep their status are willing to do everything, not because they love the souls, but for the love of themselves.

But as the word of God says: “ For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light.” Mark 4:22

Some servants do not even believe in this word, they do not recognize the importance and truthfulness of the Word of God.
Faced with this sad scenario, I ask you this: Are you willing to pay the price for your integrity? It is a high price!
Would you act in a wrong way in order not to feel excluded or harmed?
Maybe you are not going to get paid as much as the dishonest , you will not have the same perks, you will not be well accepted or will not grow as much. Maybe you will be seen as “small” in front of the “great” things the dishonest does, but you can have the assurance that in front of God you will be a giant, your faith is unbreakable, your crown is incorruptible.
Is it worthy to have everything in this world based on corrupted behaviour and lose your soul?
Is what we want to conquer here bigger than our salvation? A thousand times no.
Keep steady in your integrity; don’t try to imitate evil to come off well in this world, your integrity has a high price, but many times you could be rejected for not being so efficient as those who deceive, but do not  allow vain thoughts to influence  you.
Our Promised Land is the Kingdom of God, it is not a position, title, money, fame, earthly conquests, and all those are insignificant compared with our salvation.
Mind yourself  so you don’t lose your integrity and do not allow yourself to be led down by false paths!

Look at the words of the king Asaf:
But as for me, my feet had almost stumbled; my steps had nearly slipped. For I was envious of the boastful when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.” Psalm 73:2-3

Jesus’ promise:
You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy.” Revelation 3:4

I would love to read your comments!
May God bless you

Good Day Mrs Tania I do not know where to begin agreeing on this post, it is very true. What caught my attention was when you said that some people may even receive awards or benefits from men but with God their credit is completely dirty and stained. This is so true and painful at the same time because this shows that salvation has no value anymore, people are more concerned about what people think of them and earthly rewards forgetting that the goal is the salvation of our souls. Thank you for sharing Mrs Tania

Thank you Mrs Tania about the message on integrity because as Christian we do not want to be honest in our school or work because we are scared people will start isolate them from us because they say we honest with everything whereas we should be glad that proves our faith to God and we are suppose to be different we cannot conform to the patterns of this world.

Thank you for sharing Mrs Tania. Our integrity is far more important than material benefits because it portrays our spirituality. I choose to walk in thw path that leads me to righteousness, regardless of how tough it can get in this corrupt world.

very true Mrs Tania it is not always we will be accepted when we are truthful, and choose to be honest and sincere. i can say they where moments like that in my journey of faith when i was accepted for being honest and when i was rejected for telling the truth. when this rejection took place and never let anyone know how i was feeling . but since my godllywood sister already got the news one thing she said to me was that"kgaugelo do not worry about what will happen after here for God knew what you where going to say at that very moment, and He will reward you for your honesty. know that God honors honesty at all times. and i have seen the hand of GOD fighting for me in the midst of it all, it was not easy since i had to put my emotions out of the way and always be in Spirit for God to complete the work He had started. in everything and every situation we have to remain truthful being it they lie about you, accuse you, treated unfairly in moments of favor we must be as truthful as our Lord and never trade HIM for a position, title or a good name in the eyes of men.
