  • Dry nails- if your fingernails flake, bend and break easily, they're probably in need of deep hydration. Apply each night warm olive oil on each nail. Plus, try not adding nail polish to them for some time (a week or two should be enough time)



  • Benefits of white tea:

- It is diuretic, 

- Prevents caries; 

- Prevents premature aging and degenerative diseases, 

- Helps prevent cardiovascular disease, 

- Protects the skin against the harmful effects of sun 

- Has thermogenic action, which speeds metabolism.

  • Nails:
Many layers of nail polish, leave the color looking perfect, but they chip easier. Try not to apply more than three layers (two layers of color and one layer of the clear base).



  • Eyebrows:
    Are you part of the– “do it yourself team” - and tweeze your own eyebrows at home with tweezers? 
You can reduce the pain by tweezing after taking a shower when your pores are dilated, or by passing ice by that section before letting the tweezers take action.

  • Hygiene: To remove plaque, replace your toothbrush every two months. 
According to dentists, the bacterium sits on the base of the bristles, and after that period, the brush loses much of its cleaning power.

  • Hair: The hair dryer should always be used to at least 20 centimeters away from the wires. 
The reason is that the warm air close to the scalp makes hair dry and rebellious.
