10 tips to organize your day and manage your time

Plan your day- Have an agenda and write everything you need to do in it, that way you won’t forget anything
Worry about today- The Word of God says “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34
Value every minute – Recognize how much time each task will take, so that you can prioritize.
Keep moving- If you are an active person you will be able to accomplish all your task and you won’t have to leave anything for tomorrow.
Develop a routine – Make your domestic tasks a routine. Habitual tasks generate energy. Divide the tasks by the days of the week, then you will know each day what you need to do and you won’t be lost.
Exercise and maintain a diet- Exercising accelerates your metabolism giving you energy, it allows you to sleep better and it contributes to having a positive attitude, which gives you the energy and health that you need.
Save time- Don’t take too long doing things. If you have difficulty in finishing tasks quickly then use a stopwatch, place a limit on the time you want to spend on that task.
Do the worst first – What is the worse task on your list of “to-do’s”? Do it first, if you leave it for the end you wont have energy to do it.
Don’t be distracted with useless things that steal your time – Even while your watching TV you can be doing something, like organizing your recipes, painting your nails, looking through papers and mail etc.
Start the night before; see what you can get started on:
Make plans for the next day
Plan the meals for the next day
Pick out the clothes you’re going to wear the next day
Leave the kitchen clean
Leave the table ready for breakfast
Leave the meat or fish out that your going to cook
Separate the clothes you are going to wash tomorrow
Leave the things you need to take with you tomorrow by the door

So, so helpful! I will be printing these off and applying them. I definitely try to redeem the time that I watch television by doing my nails, hair or checking emails. :)
