Circle one response from either Column 1, 2, or 3.


25-49: You’re pretty close to a couch potato. Walking to the refrigerator or from the car to the store is your idea of exercise. Start a real exercise program slowly, because you’re not in shape.
50-64: Pat yourself on the back; your fit! This is a very acceptable score, and you’re in acceptable shape. Keep up the good work.
65-75: Watch out your ATHLETIC! How do you find the time? You set a great example.
