Juicing

For some people it may seem difficult to eat fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Some reasons are lack of time, they do not like the taste or simply because they just don't have the healthy habit. Wait, not all is lost! To live healthier each day, we need to consume them. Not to mention they are part of a good diet.
An excellent way to consume fruits and vegetables is by Juicing. This is a practical way to get into the habit of buying them at the supermarket and get familiar with them. Yes, I know that sounds a little funny... But I have a few friends that are not yet used to the idea, and make faces when veggies are mentioned. "

Sipping fresh juices will give you the opportunity to adopt a healthier eating style.
How it works?
We have already heard that foods with fiber are essential. Through juices you will be ingesting soluble fibers, which allows the maximum absorption of fibers. Unlike commercial juicing that are processed and lack nutrients, not to mention the excess calories. Natural juices are loaded with lots of vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and phytonutrients.
NOTE * If you intend to make a detox diet, it is important to include plenty of vegetables in recipes. The mistake of many is to focus on only fruit-based juices, whether delicious, but we need more than fruit to keep satisfied and energized throughout the day.
Through juicing you'll be eating fruits and vegetables in liquid form! There will be times you barely feel the taste of certain ingredients. When my husband asks,  "What's in this juice? " He has no idea that he is enjoying one of his "favorite" vegetables.

Next week more tips on juicing.
