Picture with a Message: Believe in yourself!

“Gideon replied: but how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my family.” Judges 6:15

Reading about Gideon I could see that he did not believe in himself, God believed in him, but he did not see how he could save Israel, he did not find himself capable, he could not find attributes. He began to look at his human side and all the difficulties that surrounded him.

This happens to all of us, I remember the day I received the proposal to write the book "Chosen for the Altar," it's been over a year, I was very happy, but at the same time I froze, right away the thought that came was "but would I be able to undertake such a project?"

This meant, God believed in me, people believed in me, but at the same time I was not.

Of course I said "yes" without hesitation, I believed that God would take control, but at that moment I had a chill inside my stomach!

Friends, believe in yourselves, there is no use for God and people to believe in you if you cannot take a step forward, for not believing in yourself you say "no" to everything and gradually lose opportunities.

I can only say what Jesus said to Martha:

"Fear not, only believe, and you will see the glory of God."

You can do it, God is with you, and do you need anything more?

In the photo, Joaquim and I at the book's release in the United States, he also believes in me and his support is very important to me.

the first person to believe in you is YOU.
believing in yourself is the only way to take a step forward.

The push I really need. Sometimes we think no one is on our side but God is always there cheering us/ me on because He chose me for a reason. He chose Gideon and look at the difference he made.

Thanks for sharing.
