Recipe - Fish with white sauce

Today is Daniela’s day and she is going to show us this recipe that is truly very tasty and easy to prepare. Enjoy!


1 kilo (2 pounds) of tilapia fillet of hake

Salt, pepper and lemon juice.

wheat flour

1 package shredded Parmesan cheese

300 grams of mozzarella slices

300 grams ham slices

White Sauce Ingredients:

2 tablespoons margarine

3 tablespoons flour

1 cube of Knorr bouillon fish

1 / 2 liter milk

1 can cream


1 - Season the fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice and leave soaking for 10 minutes

2 – pass them to the wheat flour and fry them in hot oil or spray

3- Let the fillets sit while you prepare the sauce. 

Preparing the sauce:

Cook the Knorr margarine, add flour to the milk and stir well to avoid lumps, add the cream and stir again.


 In a baking pan add the white sauce and arrange the fillets, then add the ham, and the mozzarella cheese. Add another layer of fish, ham, mozzarella and at the end the rest of the white sauce and sprinkle some grated cheese. Bake gratin.
