Fruits “Parfait”

Cake:

Ingredients:

• 6 eggs

• 8 tablespoons of sugar

• 6 tablespoons of flour

• 1 tablespoon of baking powder

• peel of 1 orange and juice

• 1 can of peaches in broth

Preparation:
Beat the yolks along with the sugar and orange peel for 10 minutes with the mixer, then beat the egg whites, add the egg whites and flour to the mixture, mix the flour and the egg white (do it gently with a spoon wood). Finally add the baking powder.

Tip: For a light, homogeneous mass, sift the flour before adding it to the preparation. Bake for 30 minutes in a pan previously buttered and floured. After it’s ready, cut into small squares.
Gather the peach in broth form and the orange juice and add it to make it the cake to moisten it.

Second Layer:

strawberries

raspberries

blackberries

blueberries

Add some sugar to the fruits.

Boil strawberry jam with orange peel and some port wine. When cool add together this mix to the other fruits and marinate for 2 hours.

Cream the third layer:

1 can of condensed milk

2 cans of milk of the same amount

6 egg yolks passed through the sieve
 lemon peel

4 tablespoons of cornstarch

1 cinnamon stick

In a saucepan combine milk, condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon zest, cinnamon and cornstarch and simmer, stirring constantly until thickened. Let cool.

Fourth Layer:

If you do not want to prepare this layer you can buy ready-made whipped cream.

1 package of heavy cream

1 can of condensed milk

Whip the cream with an electric mixer until it begins to gain consistency, add the condensed milk and continue beating until the whipped cream is thick.

Finalize:

After preparation of the 4 layers, begin to assemble the dessert in a bowl and glass.

The cake first, then fruit, then the cream and lastly the whipped cream.

Repeat layers 2 times and decorate with fruit as you wish.
