Chicken Lasagna with vodka sauce

Today I'll show you a lasagna recipe from Josefina,
She makes the best I’ve ever tasted, and I’m not exaggerating.

Make and prove.

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1 box lasagna noodles
1 jar of vodka sauce (this sauce is sold here already made in the United States, if they don’t sell it in your country use tomato sauce instead)

3 cups heavy whipping cream
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
Half a pound of ham
1tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter
3 garlic cloves
A slice of onion
Salt to taste
Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
1. - Boil the two breasts in a little water with a clove of garlic, a slice of onion and salt to taste, shred the chicken when cooked.

2. - Boil lasagna pasta in water with a little oil until smooth, when cooked drain and add cold water to prevent sticking.

Sauce
In a deep frying pan fry two cloves of garlic butter, place the cream, dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and place along with the heavy cream to a boil, then add the vodka sauce and boil. Finally, add the chicken to the sauce.

Finish:
Place in a pan with some sauce so that the pasta does not stick, make a layer of pasta, the a layer chicken with the sauce, and another layer of chopped ham and mozzarella cheese and repeat layers until the end, finally put some cheese Parmesan on top.
Then place the lasagna in the oven for about half an hour.
